Our current turn around time is 1-3 business days depending on time of year and product demand.
Shipping & Handling
We ship all of our products via USPS Parcel Select. This provides a delivery time of 2-8 business days. Due to government regulations, nail polish is a restricted material and has to be shipped via ground transportation. Our shipping method is the most economical way to ship your order to you. Orders cannot be rushed so please plan accordingly.
If your order is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Package can be reshipped at buyers expense or order refunded minus shipping costs. If you provide and incorrect address, and your order is already shipped, the post office may be able to redirect, for a fee. Please follow this link for more information:
We cannot ship nail polish outside of the US, including APO AE, APO AP, etc. Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states.
We are happy to take PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Credit cards are processed when the order is placed.
If your card is declined, make sure that you enter the billing address of the card exactly how it appears on the statement along with ensuring you enter the three digit code from the back of the card correctly. Those not matching are the two most common reasons for cards to be declined.

Terms & Conditions
Returns, Damaged Items, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery confirmation as provided by USPS. Please include your order number and shipping information associated with your order.
Due to the nature of beauty products, all sales are final, please confirm your order before submitting. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or any of our products. When contacting us, please include your order number and date the order was placed.
Out Of Stock, Back Ordered or Discontinued Items
Though we try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen. If we are unable to fill part of your order we will contact you via email or phone within 3 business days. If there is no response, we will refund you for any item we will not be able to ship within stated shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not test any of our products on animals. We also take care not to purchase any ingredients that have been tested on animals and have verified with our suppliers that they do not purchase from companies that test on animals or test on animals themselves.
All of our nail polishes are vegan.
Storage & Product Tips
Please remember that colors can appear different on different computer screens. We do our best to ensure pictures are a match to the real thing but colors vary depending on monitors. Each batch is made by hand and slight variances may occur. Please roll or shake the polish before use. Some settling is normal, as is some separation of color over time; shake your polish frequently to prevent this from happening. Polishes with a large amount of glitter may appear thick, this is normal. Polish thinner can be added as needed. Store nail polish at room temperature. Some larger/longer glitters can develop a curve over time, especially bar glitter or larger squares. This slight curve should not prevent application to the nail. We recommend our base coat All About That Base and our top coat All Clear for the best wear and smoothest feel for your nails.
Do not use near open flame. Keep away from heat, sparks or flame. Do not use while smoking. Keep away from small children. Polish is not for internal consumption. Please use in well ventilated areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
